Summary:

Provide one on one coaching for the region’s branch management team with a focus on increasing their capability and leadership skills. These actions are executed by: documenting action plans, measuring and verifying results, analyzing, measuring behaviors and its impact on performance, and facilitating training as needed. Seek to spend approximately 80% of time in coaching – related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support District Managers to identify the areas of opportunities and make recommendations through action plans for improving branch performance
  • Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives; finding ways to increase customer relationships, while improving customer retention
  • Conduct sales training including recurrent training within the branch based on trends levels of the location
  • Monitor action plan progress through follow up branch visits
  • Assist branch management in the assessment, measurement and enhancement of associate performance
  • Ensure the delivery of quality service and optimum sales through problem identification and problem resolution
  • Conduct periodic performance updates with District and Regional managers
